LD's Guide to Japan

Apologies to those of you who have seen this and are getting sick of seeing it over and over, but every time I post this, I get more emails from guys who are interested, so I’m just gonna keep on posting it…

I’ve been wanting to do this for a while: would any of you be interested in starting up a group tumblr to post stuff about men/men’s issues/etc?  It’s a very rough idea and it could end up being anything from an advice column to a support group to a community journal, but I think it would be a nice change of pace from the kind of stuff I usually post and read on tumblr (i.e. something with a bit more substance).  The basic, driving idea would be to foster ongoing discussion among a group of men.  I know there are so many different guys on tumblr with a wide range of interests and experiences and it would be really amazing to have a collective space where we can share those with each other.

I’ve already set aside the tumblr url brothership.tumblr.com and set it up with the groupthink theme.  I also posted a little introduction of myself to hopefully get the ball rolling…

And everyone, please spread the word!  Especially if you like the idea.  The more guys that get involved, the better.  Plus, how cool would it be to have men from all over the world collaborating and participating in discussion all in one space?
